The costumer may return the product without any damage or signs of use in the original packaging. It may also be delivered with the receipt for the process of return or exchange to be made.

You can deliver personally at our local shop in Sao Paulo or via post office.

The shipping costs will be for the costumer responsibility. You may return an item within 7 current days from the date of receiving our product. For exchange requests it could take within 15 current days. 

 

All refunds will be made after receiving the product. The repayment term is up to 10 days.
